Step 2: Floor and Furniture Protection (10 minutes)

NADCA-standard service safeguards your flooring and belongings. We place floor coverings throughout the work areas: plastic runners in high-traffic paths, drop cloths near vents, and temporary door-frame protection for corners where equipment passes through.

This step takes 10 minutes but eliminates post-cleaning damage claims. Skimping here is a common sign of budget or uncertified cleaning services.

Step 3: Pre-Sealing and Negative Pressure Setup (15 minutes)

The NADCA-standard cleaning method uses negative pressure air. Technicians attach our truck-mounted HEPA vacuum system to your HVAC system via a temporary large-diameter hose (typically 10 inches). This creates negative pressure throughout the entire duct system — extracting contaminants out of the ducts and into our HEPA-filtered collection.
