1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by First Choice Air Duct Cleaning ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") through firstchoiceairductcleaning.com or by phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

First Choice Air Duct Cleaning provides air duct cleaning services in Chicago, IL and surrounding areas. We coordinate the delivery, servicing, and pickup of rental equipment through our network of vetted local service providers.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery, setup, pickup, and standard servicing unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order confirmation.
  • We accept major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
  • Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders as required by law.
  • Additional charges may apply for: overage weight (dumpsters), damage to equipment, extended rental periods beyond the agreed term, or expedited/rush delivery.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. We make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
  • You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location, including clear pathways and sufficient space.
  • You must have legal authorization to place equipment at the designated location.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Do not move, relocate, or alter rental equipment after delivery.
  • Do not dispose of prohibited materials (hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable materials, medical waste) in any rental equipment.
  • Maintain reasonable care of rental equipment during the rental period.
  • Report any damage, vandalism, or issues with equipment promptly.
  • Ensure rental equipment is accessible for servicing and pickup.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled delivery: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or after delivery: no refund.
  • Early pickup requests will be accommodated but rental fees are not prorated for early returns.

7. Damage and Liability

  • You are responsible for any damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
  • Damage charges will be assessed and charged to the payment method on file.
  • First Choice Air Duct Cleaning is not liable for damage to your property resulting from the placement, use, or removal of rental equipment, except where caused by gross negligence.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Choice Air Duct Cleaning, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
